How to produce products by BML (IML FOR BLOWING PRODUCTS) :
An IML label (PEPA)is inserted into the mold. During the blow molding process, the molten polymer fuses with the in mold label on one or both sides. The end result is a decorated packaging part, produced in one step.
Advantage OF BML ：
- Suitable for unibody blow molding of PP bottles and HDPE bottles.
- Good processing operations.
- It can be recycled with containers because they are made of the same material.
- Environment friendly: IML saves the environment: the packaging and the label consist of the same material and can therefore be fully recycled.
- Quick design changeovers: It only takes a shift from one label design to another on your IML automation to make a quick changeover. There is almost no production loss during the start-up of a new design.
